Self-Troubleshoot Before Sending for Repair
Before sending for repair, complete these basic checks. Many perceived "faults" are actually accessory issues:
- Replace the hydrophobic filter (a wet filter is the most common cause of suction stopping)
- Check tubing for kinks, cracks or air leaks
- Confirm all connections are secure and sealed
- Empty or replace the collection jar
- Confirm power cable is connected properly and battery is charged
If the problem persists after these steps, professional repair is needed.
