What You Receive After Service

How long does maintenance take?
Typically 1–2 hours. If parts need replacement or further issues are found, additional time may be required.
Can I borrow a loaner machine during service?
If maintenance takes more than one day, we can arrange a loaner machine so your care is not interrupted.
Does maintenance include filter replacement?
Maintenance includes filter condition inspection. If replacement is needed, we use the correct filter model (accessory costs are separate).
Do you offer on-site maintenance?
Currently, maintenance requires bringing the machine to our workshop. For special requirements, please contact us.
