Who Needs Hygiene Cleaning?
- Rental equipment being prepared for the next user
- Shared environments (care homes, clinics) requiring scheduled deep cleans
- Equipment transferring between different users
- When contamination or infection risk is identified
- Before putting a machine back into use after long-term storage
Cleaning Process
Our hygiene cleaning protocol includes these steps to ensure the machine is safe for use:
What We Do NOT Do
These practices are strictly prohibited as they compromise equipment safety or patient health:
- We never wash and reuse hydrophobic filters — always replaced with new
- We never reuse damaged tubing — always replaced
- We never substitute filters with non-original materials
- We never skip the suction performance test
Quality Assurance After Cleaning
Every machine that goes through hygiene cleaning comes with a cleaning record listing replaced accessories, completed cleaning steps and suction test results.
FAQ
Typically half a day to one day for full cleaning, disinfection and accessory replacement. If parts need to be ordered, additional time may be required.
The service fee covers the cleaning and disinfection process. Replacement parts (filters, tubing, jars) are charged separately.
We strongly recommend replacing all disposable accessories (filters, tubing) between users. This is the minimum hygiene safety requirement.
