Deposit
Rental deposit is required and quoted case-by-case depending on machine model, rental period, accessories included, and delivery or collection arrangement.
Deposit must be paid before machine release unless otherwise agreed.
The deposit is refundable after return and inspection, less any outstanding rental fees, late fees, missing parts, damage, or additional cleaning and replacement costs.
Rental Fees and Extensions

- Extension requests must be made before return date

Accessories and Hygiene
Rental machines are checked and cleaned before release. Some parts are replaced before rental. For hygiene reasons, customers may need to purchase new tubing, filters, or consumables separately.

- Collection jar or canister where applicable
- Tubing, filter, and accessory kit depending on package
Customer Responsibilities
- Use machine according to manufacturer instructions
- Keep machine clean and dry
- Do not open, modify, or repair machine
- Report faults immediately
- Return all included items
Damage, Loss, and Return Inspection
Charges may apply for lost parts, damaged machine, broken accessories, missing charger, missing jar or canister, or contamination beyond normal cleaning.
All returns are inspected. Deposit refund is processed after inspection based on final assessment.
