Product Description
SP 0223 yellow connectors are dedicated to the Flovac system, linking the Flovac tubing set to the machine port. The yellow colour coding makes them easy to identify and distinguish from standard connectors. Connectors are a critical seal point — if the connection isn't airtight, the entire suction system is compromised.
What This Part Does
Yellow connectors are engineered specifically for the Flovac configuration, ensuring correct and airtight connection between Flovac tubing and the machine. Colour coding helps users quickly identify the correct part and avoid confusion with standard connectors. In environments with mixed accessory storage (e.g. care home supply rooms), colour differentiation is especially valuable.
Why Diameter Matters
Connector diameter must match both the tubing and machine port exactly. A mismatched connector causes air leaks — even with a functioning machine, effective suction cannot be generated. The Flovac yellow connector is sized specifically for the Flovac tubing set and differs from standard connectors (RE 210420, RE 210410).
Compatible System
All CA-MI models in Flovac configuration. Used together with the SP 0158/01 Tubing Set.
Compatible Machines
- ASKIR 230/12VBR (in Flovac config)
- ASKIR 36 BR (in Flovac config)
- ASKIR 30 PROXIMITY (in Flovac config)
NOT Compatible With
Not for non-Flovac setups. If using the standard collection system, choose RE 210420 or RE 210410 standard connectors. ATMOS, Drive DeVilbiss and ACCUVAC series machines do not use this connector.
Companion Parts

FAQ
Not recommended. The Flovac yellow connectors and standard connectors (RE 210420, RE 210410) differ in design, dimensions and purpose. Mixing may compromise sealing, leading to air leaks and reduced suction.
Sold in bulk packs — contact us for specific quantities. We recommend keeping adequate stock to avoid usage interruptions.
Watch for: (1) loose connection at the joint; (2) audible air leak when machine runs; (3) visible cracks or deformation on the connector surface; (4) suction weakness despite normal tubing and filters. Connectors are an often-overlooked source of air leaks.
Yellow connectors can be reused until they show wear or poor sealing. Clean with warm soapy water. Replace when any damage signs appear.
