Product Description
The Flovac canister is the reusable part of the Flovac disposable system. The disposable liner sits inside the canister, so secretions never contact the canister wall. The canister only needs periodic cleaning, not sterilisation after each use.
What This Part Does
The canister provides structural support and a sealed environment for the disposable liner. It ensures proper liner positioning and prevents displacement or leaks during use.
Compatible Machines
- ASKIR 230/12VBR
- ASKIR 36 BR
- ASKIR 30 PROXIMITY
- NEW ASPIRET
NOT Compatible With
ATMOS LC27, VACUAIDE 7325P and ACCUVAC series use their own collection systems and are not compatible with the Flovac canister.
Maintenance
Clean the canister exterior periodically. Inspect the gasket seal for integrity. Replace the gasket if cracked or deformed. The canister itself does not need autoclaving (it doesn't directly contact secretions).
When to Replace
- Canister is cracked or damaged
- Gasket seal aged and no longer airtight
- Canister deformed, affecting liner fit
